This Is My Theatre Presents A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Shakespeare will be in Sherwood Forest this summer as This Is My Theatre perform the bard’s much-loved mystical romance A Midsummer Night’s Dream!

Packed with music, magic and plenty of mischief this is a tale which never fails to warm hearts and spread joy.

The woods outside Athens are busy this night. Four young Athenian lovers are lost. Oberon and Titania, the king and queen of the fairy-folk, are quarrelling while a group of craftsmen (who also happen to be some not-so-very-talented actors) are meeting in secret to rehearse their play.

Shakespeare’s story of love and mistaken identity has enchanted audiences across the world. Where better to experience this timeless yarn than in Sherwood Forest, the inspiration for so many legends of its own.
