Dawn Chorus Walk

Toss the duvet aside and join us for a special wildlife encounter.

International Dawn Chorus Day is a fantastic opportunity to hear one of nature’s greatest ensembles. We’ll be talking a steady walk guided by expert staff and volunteers, picking out early bird calls and identifying as we go.

See the sun rise, enjoy the morning’s peaceful atmosphere and soak up the sounds of spring as the cacophony begins.

Arrive at the Visitors Centre from 4.45 am for a prompt 5 am start to the walk. Unfortunately no toilets will be available until after 10 am.

The walk will last approximately 2 hours, please wear layers and suitable footwear.

Unfortunately this event is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Due to the sensitivity of wildlife, we ask that you don’t bring along dogs.
